Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage reservations effectively
- guide guests to their tables and present menus
- ensure guest and team member touch points are sanitized and disinfected regularly
- assist guests by offering menu suggestions and answering questions
- thank guests sincerely, wishing them a fond farewell and inviting them back
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the host station area
- coordinate with restaurant staff to manage guest flow and seating
