Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills to manage wait lists and reservations
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems helpful

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables efficiently
- Manage reservations and wait lists when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Answer guest questions and assist with special requests
- Collaborate with the front of house team to maintain a seamless guest experience
- Monitor dining area and communicate table status with servers and kitchen staff
