- At least six months hosting experience in a restaurant environment
- Experience with table management systems such as SevenRooms, Resy, or Open Table
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Take and manage reservations accurately using table management systems
- Answer guest questions and provide information about the menu and services
- Route calls correctly and assist with inquiries
- Manage waitlists effectively to set accurate guest expectations in a high volume environment
- Invite potential guests inside who are viewing the outside menu board
- Handle guests' takeout meals efficiently and courteously
