Job Duties

  • greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • guide guests to their assigned tables promptly
  • present clean menus and assist with menu inquiries
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation by regularly disinfecting guest and team member touchpoints
  • thank guests sincerely and invite them back to the restaurant
  • manage waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
  • communicate guest feedback to management promptly
