Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of restaurant operations recommended
Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- guide guests to their assigned tables promptly
- present clean menus and assist with menu inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation by regularly disinfecting guest and team member touchpoints
- thank guests sincerely and invite them back to the restaurant
- manage waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
- communicate guest feedback to management promptly
