Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage guest seating and coordinate table assignments efficiently
- Handle reception duties including welcoming guests and answering inquiries
- Manage reservation systems accurately and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Collaborate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
- Assist in managing waitlists and communicate wait times effectively
