Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Manage guest seating and coordinate table assignments efficiently
Handle reception duties including welcoming guests and answering inquiries
Manage reservation systems accurately and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
Collaborate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
Assist in managing waitlists and communicate wait times effectively
