Job Requirements
- must be 17 or older
- ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work as part of a team
- basic knowledge of reservation systems
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
- basic computer skills for managing reservations
Job Duties
- greet and escort guests to tables
- manage reservations and wait lists during busy periods
- provide excellent customer service as part of the front of house service team
- maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times
- assist with seating arrangements to optimize dining flow
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
