Job Duties

Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
Learn and maintain knowledge of restaurant seating layout, table divisions into server areas, and food delivery process
Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
Learn and execute curbside process and takeout expectations
Conduct side-work as required for each shift
Maintain smooth flow of the restaurant and provide positive first and last impressions to guests
