Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
- Learn and maintain knowledge of restaurant seating layout, table divisions into server areas, and food delivery process
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
- Learn and execute curbside process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work as required for each shift
- Maintain smooth flow of the restaurant and provide positive first and last impressions to guests
