high school diploma or equivalent preferred
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
willingness to learn and adapt quickly
reliable and punctual work ethic
ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
basic computer skills for managing waitlists
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
manage the dining room waitlist efficiently
update guests on wait times with a positive attitude
ensure tables are clean and prepared for the next guests
collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow
provide exceptional customer service through friendly and approachable interaction
assist with seating guests promptly and accurately
