Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and show them to their tables
Manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and restaurant capacity
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the lobby and dining areas
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the menu and wait times
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Uphold restaurant policies and safety standards
Assist in training new hosts and hostesses as needed
