prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
ability to lift 25-50 pounds
ability to stand for extended periods
effective communication skills
basic computer literacy

Job Duties

greet guests promptly, cheerfully and courteously
seat guests efficiently
answer phone calls and manage inquiries
take, enter and package To-Go orders accurately
assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the host area
communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
handle guest requests and provide information about the menu or restaurant policies
