high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

greet guests and make a welcoming first impression
inform guests of wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
maintain service, sanitation, and hospitality standards
collaborate with store management and team members to foster a team concept
ensure guests have memorable dining experiences by embodying the CPK High 5
assist in upholding cleanliness and organization in the host stand area
support team in achieving excellent customer service
