Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong people skills and a friendly attitude

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Engage guests in friendly conversation while seating
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during peak times
- Set guest expectations accurately for wait times
- Introduce guests to their assigned servers
- Ensure guest areas and touchpoints are clean and sanitized
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
