Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage seating arrangements and guide guests to their tables
- Present guests with clean menus and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience
- Ensure guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Communicate with kitchen and waitstaff to manage wait times and guest flow
- Express genuine appreciation to guests by thanking them and inviting them to return
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area
