Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- manage the waitlist efficiently to keep the dining room flowing
- update guests with a positive and approachable demeanor
- ensure tables are clean and ready for the next group
- maintain a cool and collected attitude even during busy periods
- work collaboratively with team members to support a smooth guest experience
- assist with basic front-of-house tasks as needed
