Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
reliable and punctual
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
strong customer service orientation
good communication skills
flexibility to work variable shifts including nights and weekends

previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required
strong communication and interpersonal skills

flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
inform guests of wait times and manage the wait list accurately
maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
collaborate closely with store management and team members to uphold a team concept
ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering attentive service
assist with seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
promote menu items and answer guest inquiries
