Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each Guest who calls or visits
- Coordinate and control Guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals
- Seat Guests and provide a warm farewell to departing Guests
- Walk Guests to their table and engage them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate with Guests and Team Members
- Work well as a team player
