Job Duties
- greet guests with a friendly demeanor
- escort guests to their tables
- manage seating arrangements efficiently
- take reservations and maintain waitlist as necessary
- provide excellent customer service as part of the front of house team
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
