Job Requirements

Exude a high level of hospitality to our guests - smile and have fun
Ability to work in a stressful and high-volume work environment
Ability to multitask and take direction

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and take direction

Knowledge of menu items and specials preferred
Experience handling guest concerns and complaints professionally

Job Duties

Welcome guests to The Bancroft with a friendly and warm greeting
Manage reservations and ensure that all guests are seated promptly and efficiently
Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials and make recommendations to guests as needed
Monitor the dining area and ensure that all guests are receiving exceptional service
Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Work with other members of the restaurant team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Perform other duties as assigned by management
