Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant

- Knowledge of menu items and specials preferred
- Experience handling guest concerns and complaints professionally
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to The Bancroft with a friendly and warm greeting
- Manage reservations and ensure that all guests are seated promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials and make recommendations to guests as needed
- Monitor the dining area and ensure that all guests are receiving exceptional service
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Work with other members of the restaurant team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
