- eligibility to work in the country
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- willingness to work flexible and varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the restaurant
- basic knowledge of customer service principles

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic computer skills to manage reservations

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- escort guests to their tables efficiently
- manage reservations and waitlists as needed
- provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front area
- support other front-of-house staff during busy times
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
