- Ability to provide excellent customer service consistently
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to their assigned tables efficiently
- Manage reservations and wait lists during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experience
- Assist in answering phone calls and providing information to guests
- Support the front-of-house team operations as needed
