Job Requirements

Ability to greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Capacity to communicate accurately and effectively with guests and team members
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning tasks
Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and standards
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Positive attitude and a passion for food and guest service
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is advantageous

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests about wait times accurately and manage the wait list
Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Collaborate closely with store management and staff to foster a team environment
Uphold the CPK High 5 values in all guest interactions
Assist with seating guests efficiently and promptly
Promote menu items passionately to enhance guest dining experience
