Job Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
no prior experience required
ability to work in a fast paced environment
availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
capacity to stand and remain mobile for up to eight (8) hours per shift

comfortable working in a fast paced environment
available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a warm welcome upon arrival
seat guests and accommodate special requests
manage the wait list by recording guest names and party size and provide estimated waiting times
provide an exceptional To-Go experience including taking phone and walk-in orders, ringing orders into the Point of Sale system, packaging items, cashing out guests, ensuring orders are timely and accurate
answer phones and manage the restaurant reservation system
inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness
thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
