Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid and current TABC and Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to work at least 3 days a week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for 6 or more hours in a day
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs
- Able to frequently lift carry bend reach squat climb and walk
- Ability to work in noisy crowded and extreme temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously
- Basic math skills for managing wait times and seating charts
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide accurate wait times to guests and monitor waiting lists providing updates as requested
- Escort guests to assigned tables with light but friendly conversation to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed
- Coordinate with other wait staff on available tables to ensure proper waiting times are accurate and current
