Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- inform guests of wait times with accurate updates
- monitor and manage the wait list efficiently
- maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and sanitation
- work closely with store management and team members to create a collaborative team environment
- promote the menu passionately and ensure guests have memorable dining experiences
- support the overall smooth operation of the front of house
