Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer service skills
Must follow all health and safety policies
Must participate in required training
Comply with Cal OSHA regulations
Must pass employment eligibility verification

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One to three months related experience or training
Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic knowledge of games offered at the club
SERV safe Certification or Food Handler's Card
RBS Certified
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
Neat appearance and professional demeanor

Job Duties

Warmly greet guests upon arrival
Manage efficient seating based on guest preferences and service flow
Present menu and answer questions about food and games
Check IDs to ensure guests are 21 years or older
Take and enter customer orders in POS system
Assist with serving food and drinks
Help with bussing tables and wrapping silverware
Provide estimated wait times when seating is limited
Relay messages to servers and management
Follow the 10 Basic Steps of Service and company SOPs
Thank guests and invite them to return
Attend staff meetings and report issues to management
