Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
- Must follow all health and safety policies
- Must participate in required training
- Comply with Cal OSHA regulations
- Must pass employment eligibility verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of games offered at the club
- SERV safe Certification or Food Handler's Card
- RBS Certified
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival
- Manage efficient seating based on guest preferences and service flow
- Present menu and answer questions about food and games
- Check IDs to ensure guests are 21 years or older
- Take and enter customer orders in POS system
- Assist with serving food and drinks
- Help with bussing tables and wrapping silverware
- Provide estimated wait times when seating is limited
- Relay messages to servers and management
- Follow the 10 Basic Steps of Service and company SOPs
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Attend staff meetings and report issues to management
