Job Duties
- Greets and seats guests
- presents menus to guests
- informs them of specials
- ensures guest satisfaction
- takes names on a waiting list
- runs the floor plan board
- observes tables and tracks clean, dirty and occupied tables
- takes guest information and quotes wait times
- cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area
- answers phone and responds to menu and restaurant inquiries
- interacts with guests throughout their visit
- may fill to go orders
- maintains restrooms throughout shift
- performs other duties as directed
