Job Requirements

Minimum age requirement met
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Must have reliable transportation
Basic proficiency in English
Ability to follow instructions and maintain professionalism at all times

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player
Basic computer skills to manage wait lists and reservations

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of wait times accurately and monitor the wait list
Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Work closely with store management and other employees to foster a team environment
Manage seating arrangements efficiently
Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by applying CPK High 5 values
