Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and manage wait lists accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and other employees to promote team concept
- Ensure each guest experiences memorable dining by living out CPK High 5 principles
- Demonstrate passion for food and drinks to enhance guest experience
- Assist in creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere for guests and staff
