Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of wait times and manage the wait list accurately
Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Collaborate closely with store management and team members to foster a team-oriented environment
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by embodying CPK's High 5 principles
Assist with seating guests promptly and efficiently
Support smooth restaurant operations by communicating effectively with other staff
