Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a great first impression
- Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized wait list during peak times
- Communicate effectively with the front of house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly
