Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
Ability to move about the restaurant and stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Team player with attention to detail
Ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or hospitality experience beneficial but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain standing and physically active for extended periods
Team player with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Welcoming every guest into the restaurant with a smile
Accurately quoting wait times and managing reservations
Catering to guests by providing special experiences
Escorting guests to their table and providing a seamless experience
Providing a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focusing on team and guests, making decisions with their best interest in mind
