Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year full service restaurant experience or equivalent
- Accurate mathematic skills
- Knowledge of menu and specials
- Understanding of restaurant layout including table numbers and stations
- Ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- Warm, sincere, and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to move safely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to work amidst noise and crowded spaces
- Ability to move chairs, high chairs, and booster seats
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary
- Ensure even and orderly seating across the dining room
- Manage gift certificate sales and accounting
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of host desk and waiting area
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff
