Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Basic math and computer skills for managing reservations
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Duties

Greet each customer at the restaurant with a smile
Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
Attend to customers by providing special experiences
Escort customers to their tables and ensure a perfect experience
Provide a warm farewell and invite guests to return
Focus on your team and customers making decisions with them in mind
