Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Basic math and computer skills for managing reservations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Job Duties
- Greet each customer at the restaurant with a smile
- Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
- Attend to customers by providing special experiences
- Escort customers to their tables and ensure a perfect experience
- Provide a warm farewell and invite guests to return
- Focus on your team and customers making decisions with them in mind
