Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times accurately and manage the wait list
- Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and team members to create a cohesive team environment
- Ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience
- Demonstrate passion for the menu and promote food and drink items
- Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations
