Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to manage guest waitlists and provide accurate information
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for guest service

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests about wait times and manage the wait list accurately
Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Work collaboratively with store management and team members to create a strong team environment
Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by following CPK High 5 principles
