Job Duties

Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
learn restaurant seating layout, table divisions among server areas, and food delivery processes
set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications
learn curbside and takeout processes and expectations
conduct side-work as required for each shift
provide accurate wait time quotes and answer guest questions during wait periods
