Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they enter and leave the restaurant
  • Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist with accuracy and poise
  • Seat guests promptly and fairly, balancing table rotation and server coverage
  • Provide guests with menus, share basic menu knowledge, and answer initial questions
  • Respond to phone inquiries about reservations, hours, and menu offerings
  • Communicate clearly with servers and managers regarding guest needs or issues
  • Create a welcoming and positive first impression for every guest
