Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests as they enter and leave the restaurant
- Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist with accuracy and poise
- Seat guests promptly and fairly, balancing table rotation and server coverage
- Provide guests with menus, share basic menu knowledge, and answer initial questions
- Respond to phone inquiries about reservations, hours, and menu offerings
- Communicate clearly with servers and managers regarding guest needs or issues
- Create a welcoming and positive first impression for every guest
