Job Duties

Ensure a friendly welcome and departure greeting to all guests
Seat guests efficiently and manage the flow of the dining room
Answer phones politely and promptly with appropriate scripting
Record all reservations accurately in the reservation system
Maintain a dynamic and exceptionally friendly demeanor
Support the pace and flow of dining service
Provide information and assistance to guests as needed
