Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume guest interactions patiently and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and etiquette
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Introduce guests to their servers ensuring a smooth transition
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points throughout the dining area
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist with seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and restaurant efficiency
- Communicate effectively with the front of house team to enhance guest service
