Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to engage warmly with guests
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and invite them in
Manage the waitlist to ensure smooth dining room flow
Communicate with guests to provide updates and estimated wait times
Prepare tables and seats for incoming guests
Collaborate with the dining team to enhance guest experience
Stay calm and composed during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the host station
