Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic math skills for handling guest counts
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly first impression
Guide guests to their tables promptly and efficiently
Present clean menus and assist with guest inquiries
Ensure dining and lobby areas are regularly sanitized and disinfected
Manage waitlists and reservations effectively
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating
Thank guests sincerely and invite them back for future visits
