Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout entire shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to health, safety, and well-being of employees and guests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand and move safely for extended periods
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door with a smile
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining areas, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and dining room staff
- Wear protective gear and follow health and safety protocols
- Perform cleaning duties using disinfectant supplies throughout the shift
