Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Must be 21 years or older to participate in 401(k) plan

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and engaged hospitality
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume
- Accurately set guest expectations
- Introduce guests to their server
- Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave
- Invite guests to return
