Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide a positive first and last impression
- Manage the seating chart and waitlist, balancing table rotation for optimal service
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Answer phones, take reservations, and field general inquiries about the restaurant or menu
- Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate any issues to the management team
- Ensure the front entrance and host stand remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support the overall flow of the dining room with a calm and guest-focused demeanor
