Job Qualifications

- willingness to learn and adapt
- prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- manage the dining room flow and waitlist efficiently
- communicate with guests positively and keep them updated
- ensure tables are clean and ready for new guests
- stay calm and composed during busy periods
- work collaboratively with team members
- assist with onboarding and training new hosts as needed
