Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
Guide guests to their tables efficiently
Present clean menus and make dining suggestions
Ensure guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
Manage waitlist and handle guest inquiries professionally
Coordinate with team to maintain smooth restaurant flow
