Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills for managing reservations
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic familiarity with reservation and waitlist management
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active during shifts
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide friendly greetings and a positive first impression to guests
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating arrangements are managed efficiently
- Take reservations and manage the wait list during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
- Communicate effectively with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Assist in coordinating guest flow and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly
- Support team members to ensure a welcoming and fun dining environment
