Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or older
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math and computer skills for managing reservations
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly greetings and a positive first impression to guests
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating arrangements are managed efficiently
  • Take reservations and manage the wait list during busy periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
  • Communicate effectively with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
  • Assist in coordinating guest flow and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Support team members to ensure a welcoming and fun dining environment
