Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting, seating, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby, and crowd control
- Learn the restaurant seating layout, server areas, and food delivery protocols
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
- Learn curbside pick-up process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work as required during each shift
