Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to manage waiting lists and seating arrangements
- Reliable and punctual
- Must adhere to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly
- Manage and maintain the restaurant waiting list during busy periods
- Engage guests in friendly conversation to enhance their dining experience
- Introduce guests to their servers to ensure seamless service
- Regularly clean and sanitize guest touchpoints
- Accurately set guest expectations during high volume times
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
