Job Duties

  • Reset tables quickly and efficiently to maximize seating capacity
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery
  • Support team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
  • Regularly check restroom cleanliness and attend to guest needs
  • Welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically to ensure a positive first impression
  • Assist guests by seating them promptly and providing menus
  • Accurately calculate and communicate wait times to walk-in guests
  • Create and manage a waitlist ensuring fair seating and minimizing wait times
  • Ensure smooth transitions between seating and service to maintain operations
  • Communicate effectively with management, service, kitchen, and bussing staff
  • Assist with phone inquiries, reservations, and to-go orders professionally
  • Plan seating arrangements to optimize space and flow
  • Assist in opening duties and maintain a polished, professional environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
