Job Duties
- Assist the service team by delivering food to guests promptly and ensuring presentation standards
- Reset tables quickly and efficiently to maximize seating capacity
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery
- Support team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Regularly check restroom cleanliness and attend to guest needs
- Welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically to ensure a positive first impression
- Assist guests by seating them promptly and providing menus
- Accurately calculate and communicate wait times to walk-in guests
- Create and manage a waitlist ensuring fair seating and minimizing wait times
- Ensure smooth transitions between seating and service to maintain operations
- Communicate effectively with management, service, kitchen, and bussing staff
- Assist with phone inquiries, reservations, and to-go orders professionally
- Plan seating arrangements to optimize space and flow
- Assist in opening duties and maintain a polished, professional environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
